Future Prospects of ResearchLooking ahead, Professor Chi-Kuang Sun will focus on the innovation of biomedical imaging technologies and the deepening of their clinical applications. He plans to further optimize the whole-brain mesoscopic imaging platform and Extreme-lightbased Small Nerve Fiber Watcher, promoting their use in the early diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, he will explore the potential of the developed digital rapid fresh pathology technology for intraoperative tumor assessment, aiming to provide much-improved clinical outcome for cancer surgery.
