(2022 IF=9.656), and has garnered significant international attention, including four highlights in Nature Photonics (2022 IF=35.0). Due to his groundbreaking contributions, Professor Sun has been a plenary speaker at flagship conferences in various related fields, including Focus on Microscopy, Photonics West (one Hot Topic plenary, two Keynote speeches), IEEE IRMMWTHz (one plenary, one keynote), the International Congress on Ultrasonics, and European Optical Society Annual Meeting.Professor Sun is a pioneer in the fields of millimeter-wave/submillimeter-wave photonics and terahertz engineering in Taiwan. In recent years, in addition to developing nanoultrasonic techniques to explore the critical semiconductor/metal interfaces in van der Waals heterostructures, he has also actively engaged in the development of clinical healthcare technologies. To date, Professor Sun has published 277 SCI journal articles, with more than 10,000 citations. He holds 42 granted patents, with more than 20 patents currently under application. He founded the Molecular Imaging Center of NTU, aiming to apply electrical engineering, photonics, image processing, and AI technologies to clinical practices to assist the decision of surgery and treatment of cancer and other diseases, through pre-operative molecular detection, and intraoperative as well as post-operative monitoring. %u7b2c%u4e09%u5341%u4e00%u5c46%u6771%u5143%u734e%uff0e%u79d1%u6280%u985e%u734e%u96fb%u6a5f / %u8cc7%u8a0a / %u901a%u8a0a%u79d1%u6280
