Keeping up with the evolving landscape, this award utilizes up-to-date selection criteria and socially responsible award designs to drive technological and humanistic advancements, guiding industries and academia towards excellence.History of AchievementsDr. Hao-Li Liu is currently a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU), with a total of 19 years of experience in research, teaching, and service. This includes 15 years of service at Chang Gung University, where he also served as the Chair of the Department of Electrical Engineering and as a researcher at the National Health Research Institutes. In these roles, he has actively promoted research development and industry-academia collaboration. Dr. Liu%u2019s foundational research focuses on medical engineering, medical ultrasound, medical device design, and medical imaging. Over the years, he has mentored and trained more than a hundred graduate students, researchers, and undergraduate students, contributing significantly to the fields of electrical engineering and biomedical research.
